Frequently asked Questions

1 What does users mean ?

A user means any user type you create in the system. There are 3 user types that are tracked by Provisoft. They are Employees. For example if your plan has 40 users, then you can create upto 40 of the following users.

2. Is upgrade allowed ?

Yes you are allowed to upgrade or download based on your needs. If you upgrade, you will just be charged the difference in the amount which is pro-rated for the rest of the month .

3. Is downgrade allowed ?

Yes you are allowed to download based on your needs. If you downgrade, there will be two scenarios.

  1. No of users is equal to or less that the new plan you are downgrading to. In this case, you will just be charged or refunded the difference in the amount which is pro-rated for the rest of the month .
  2. No of users exceed the new plan you are downgrading to. In this case, you will be required to either delete or archive users, then start the downgrade process. Once you do that, you will be charged or refunded the difference in the amount which is pro-rated for the rest of the month .
